Boston Studio Rental Maternity Shoot Braintree, MA | Stephanie and Roodney

I recently had the pleasure of capturing Stephanie and Roodney’s maternity photos on an afternoon in May. We captured this amazing couple at my brand new studio Boston Studio Rental in Braintree, MA.

As you can see from the pictures Stephanie is absolutely glowing, pregnancy seems to agree with her.

Luckily we were able to capture these photographs before we were all blessed with this little bundle of joy as she will be here any day now.

Stephanie and Roodney have been together for years now. This is their first child but they would like to have more in the future. I can’t wait to meet this beautiful little princess and take her newborn photographs.

I love when I am blessed with the opportunity to capture a couple’s journey over and over. I had an incredible time during their maternity shoot. As you can see by these adoring maternity photographs we had a blast at Boston Studio Rentals. Obviously I’m already looking forward to photographing their daughter’s newborn photographs.

I created this studio to offer a down-to-earth space where I could bring creative concepts to life. Boston Public Gardens Maternity Shoot in Boston, MA | Athira and Hari

I recently had the pleasure of capturing Athira and Hari’s maternity photos on an absolutely gorgeous morning in March. We captured this amazing couple at the Boston Public Garden in Boston, MA.

As you can see from the pictures Athira is absolutely glowing, pregnancy seems to agree with her. As you can also see this baby will be here any day now. 

Luckily we were able to capture these photographs before we were all blessed with this little bundle of joy as the baby girl is due to arrive next month

Athira and Hari have been married for a few years and this is their first child.

This loving couple got married in India where they are from.

They have been doing a lot of traveling recently but are looking forward to settling down once the baby comes.

The Boston Public Garden is a 24-acre park in the soul of Boston, Ma, adjacent to   Boston Common.  It was the first public botanical garden in America.

Boston Studio Rental Toddler Modeling Portfolio Session in Braintree, Ma | Cannon

I recently had the opportunity to capture some incredible photographs of the adorable Cannon at my brand new studio, Boston Studio Rental in Braintree, MA. 

Cannon is absolutely stunning. The big beautiful brown eyes on this baby boy will blow you away!

Cannon and his family have been coming to me for all of their photography needs since his mom and dad got married and I was their wedding photographer.

Cannon and his parents came to see me back in December to take some incredible Christmas photographs that they used for their family Christmas Cards.

This little boy is going to do big things, he is as always a pleasure to work with and has more personality that any one his age should have. As always we had a great time.

Boston Studio Rental Family Christmas Cards in Braintree, Ma | Sie, Chavin and Cannon

I recently had the opportunity to capture some incredible photographs of this incredible family Sie, Chavin and their adorable son Cannon at my brand new studio, Boston Studio Rental in Braintree, MA. 

I have been following this incredible family from the very start. I was so blessed to be a part of their destination wedding in Bermuda as their wedding photographer and the list goes on.

Their adorable son Cannon takes amazing photographs and I was just recently able to take some amazing photographs of him for his first modeling portfolio.

Boston Studio Rental Maternity Shoot | Sandra and Ruben

I recently had the pleasure of capturing Sandra and Ruben’s maternity photos on an afternoon in December. We captured this amazing couple at the brand new Boston Studio Rental in Braintree, MA.

As you can see from the pictures Sandra is absolutely glowing, pregnancy seems to agree with her. This baby will be here any day now.

Luckily we were able to capture these photographs before we were all blessed with this little bundle of joy as the baby was going to be making his or her debut that Saturday via C-section  

Sandra and Ruben have been together for a little over four years. They were married a little over a year and a half ago and I was also blessed to be part of their big day; that was when I first met this incredible couple. They hired me to provide my photo booth services during their wedding.

Boston Studio Rental Braintree, MA Modeling Portfolio | Nick Ilacqua

Nick recently contacted me after he came across some of the outstanding photographs I had taken at my brand new studio in Braintree, Boston Studio Rental.

Nick is a local electrician that is also an up and coming model in the process of building his portfolio.

I had just recently completed a Fashion Editorial / Model Marketing shoot that took place over the span of three days.

Through social media, which is just an amazing tool, Nick came across my work and he knew that I could capture what he was looking for!

After speaking with him for a short period we both realized that we were a good fit. In photography you have to be able to understand what your client in looking for and they need to understand your process.

If you as the photographer can’t understand what your client would like that how can you possibly capture their photographs? As a model you have to be comfortable taking photographs and part of that comes from working with the right photographer.

Once Nick and  I got in the studio it was like we had always known each other we had a great time laughing while working. Here are a few of my favorite pictures.

Jude and Yoon have been married for five years, this is their first child.

Jude works in Boston and Yoon is finishing up grad school.

This loving couple got married in Korea where they are from.

Maternity and Newborn Photo Shoot Webb Memorial State Park Weymouth, MA | Diana & Gee

I recently had the pleasure of capturing Diana & Gee's maternity photographs on a beautiful morning in May at Webb Memorial State Park in Weymouth, Ma. Located just minutes south of Boston, Ma Webb Memorial State Park provided an amazing back drop for this loving couples photo's.

Diana looked stunning be it on the beach or along any of the other beautiful areas Webb State Park offered, her maternity photos are breath taking

Webb Memorial State Park is a local recreation area on a peninsula that extends close to half a mile into the Hingham Bay area of Boston Harbor. It is made up of three connected drumlins and a low marsh area.

Boston Public Garden and Acorn Street Maternity Shoot in Boston, MA | Vic and Ritu

I recently had the pleasure of capturing Vik and Ritu’s Maternity photographs on an incredible afternoon in May. We went to the Boston Public Gardens first; soon after a few more maternity shots on Acorn Street.

Boston Public Garden is a large park in the soul of Boston, Ma, neighboring Boston Common.  Its 24 acres in all and was actually the first public botanical garden in America.

After walking around the Boston Public Garden we decided to move to Acorn Street, located in the Beacon Hill area of Boston Ma.  Beacon Hill is a historic neighborhood in Boston, Ma. It is a community of Federal-style row houses and is known for its narrow; gas lit streets and brick sidewalks. Acorn Street is one of the most photographed streets in the US.

Acorn Street Maternity Session in Boston, MA | Maryann and Steven

I recently had the pleasure of capturing Maryann and Steven’s maternity photos on an afternoon in March. We captured this amazing couple on Acorn Street in the Beacon Hill area of Boston, MA.

Luckily we were able to seize these photographs before we were blessed with this little bundle of joy. This little angel will be here any day now; they are expecting a baby girl.

Maryann and Steven have been married for a few years now. I was also blessed to be part of their big day as I was also their wedding photographer.

Being a photographer affords me the opportunity to capture a couple’s journey one precious moment at a time. As you can see by these adoring maternity photographs we had a blast on Acorn Street. Obviously I’m already looking forward to photographing their infant’s newborn photographs.

This is Maryann and Steven’s first child together but they are planning on having more.

Empire Restaurant & Lounge Event in Boston, Ma | Mohamed

Recently, I was hired to photograph Mohamed’s birthday bash at Empire Restaurant and Lounge in Boston, Ma. Honestly I had such a blast at this event with Mohamed and all of his friends and family I can hardly call it work. The entire evening was nothing but fun.

Everyone was having a great time laughing and joking. The crazy stories everyone was sharing with each other and me all night guaranteed there was never a dull moment.

Mohamed was having such a good time. The smile on his face was infectious. Everyone was dancing and drinking while the incredible DJ had the party rocking from start to finish. This beautiful venue was a perfect location for this incredible crowd of family and friends.

Empire Restaurant & Lounge is the Seaport “Innovation” District’s first Asian locale, located in the heart of Fan Pier. Empire transports you into the mystics of Asia with its gorgeous Imperial Chinese meets contemporary Asian atmosphere.  Award-winning designer Peter Niemitz designed the place.

The sleek, modern space is designed to give visitors an old world feel with a touch of Hong Kong secrecy. It is divided into nine incredibly distinctive rooms containing gorgeous detail in design; the Great Wall Gallery, Bar and Lounge, Salon, Imperial Dining Room, Persimmon Room, three private dining rooms served by a private bar, and an Asian awe-inspiring open kitchen at the heart.

Empire’s extensive menu is a lively assortment of Asian favorites and delicacies, ranging from creative new dishes in addition to amazing traditional dishes. You can choose anything from sushi to noodles. They offer wok dishes, chicken, steak, or lamb. The food was amazing.

Jamaica Pond Modeling Shoot in Boston, Ma | Nina

I recently had the honor or capturing some spectacular photographs of the stunning, Nina. On a lovely April afternoon, Nina and I met up at Jamaica Pond in Boston, Ma. Nina reached out to me to take these photos’ as she is building her modeling portfolio.

As you can see by some of my favorite pictures, Nina made it very easy. She is a natural behind the camera. Nina chose Jamaica Pond in Jamaica Plain, which is part of Boston, Ma. The area was gorgeous and the photo opportunities were endless.

Jamaica Pond is a kettle pond and a beautiful part of the Emerald Necklace of parks in Boston and around the area that were designed by Frederick Law Olmsted.

The pond and park are in the Jamaica Plain community of Boston, Ma and it borders Brookline, Ma. It’s the home of the Muddy River, which empties into the Charles River. The pond is roughly 68 acres. It’s just about 53 feet deep in the middle making it the largest body of fresh water in Boston, Ma.

A 1.5-mile walking path surrounds it and it’s a super popular place for walking fishing and sailing. The pond once served as a reservoir for the City of Boston and the Town of West Roxbury, and it supplied ice in the winter to Boston and beyond.

Boston Studio Rental Headshot in Braintree, MA | Mike

Recently, I had the opportunity to photograph some unbelievable headshots of this handsome gentleman, Mike. These incredible photographs were taken at my brand new studio, Boston Studio Rental in Braintree, MA.

Mike made it extremely easy to capture these impressive photos. He was a natural behind the camera. We had a great time laughing and joking while we were working together. I pride myself on being able to put my clients minds at ease.

Making sure that you are comfortable working with me is one of the most important parts of my process. If you’re not 100% confident with your photographer than it doesn’t really matter if they take the best pictures in the world your insecurity is going to show.

Great headshots can be used for anything from a modeling portfolio to your LinkedIn image. https://www.linkedin.com/ In a world of digital everything, it’s still a shock to me when someone asks, what’s the importance of a good head shot? The answer is EVERYTHING! Your appearance, your brand, your style, and the list goes on. I understand that’s a lot of pressure to put on one photograph but that’s exactly why getting your headshot done professionally is so important.
